First Hand Clean Up provides eviction set-out support, junk removal, and cleanout services for landlords, homeowners, and property managers. We focus on speed, professionalism, and clear communication—so you can regain possession, clear the unit, and move forward.

Pricing Structure

• $150 per worker (first hour included)

• Two (2) worker minimum required

• Two (2) hour minimum charge per job

• $80 per worker for each additional hour

All payments are non-refundable

Payment is due prior to the start of service

Example

A standard two-worker eviction set-out:

• Minimum service: $300 (first hour included)

• If job extends beyond first hour: $80 per worker per additional hour

Important Service Policies

• Labor services only – no truck or disposal included

• Items will be placed at curb or designated area per legal requirements

• Clock begins at scheduled arrival time

• Waiting time is billable

• Client is responsible for coordinating with sheriff or marshal

We do not store, haul, or dispose of belongings unless separately contracted
